All our oil, after processing, is immediately filtered and placed in the silos with azoto.

When ordering, the required oil is analyzed first by our analysis tool which analyzes acidity, peroxides, polyphenols and vitamin E and simultaneously analyzed in accredited laboratories and by a panel test.

Finally, the oil is packaged in dark green bottles to prevent "photo-oxidation", sealed, sealed and labeled in the company premises where, thanks to the constant temperature of about 10 ° -15 ° C, it does not undergo sudden changes thermals that could affect their organoleptic qualities.

At the end of this last process the product is finally ready to be marketed and consumed.
